You must be logged in to access documentation and support. Click Sign in at the top right.
Your Help Center username and password are set by you and do not match your remote desktop credentials. This lets you access the Help Center even if remote desktop login fails. Do not use your KLD login here.
To reset your password, click Forgot password? under the password field and follow the email link.
Creating Your Help Center Login
- Review these steps, then click Sign in (this will leave the page).
- Click Sign up next to New to KLDMR IT Support? at the login form's bottom.
- Enter your name and personal email used for project staffing (not your KLDiscovery email) and click Sign up.
- You'll see a Check your email message.
- In the welcome email from KLDMR IT Support, click Create a password.
- If your email is already registered, the email will say so. Use the reset your password link instead.
- Set a password following the page criteria and click Set password (or Change password if you already have an account). Do not use your remote desktop password.
- You will then be logged into the KLDMR IT Support site.
